Immaculate Healthcare Services’ Care Workers, Personal Care Assistants and Support Workers are directly employed by us, where they are continuously assessed and provided with ongoing training to ensure skills and working practices are up to date.

Immaculate Healthcare Services has over 15 years experience (since 2000) working in the care sector and social care services within a diverse range of environments including community care settings.

We are accredited and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA).

The Company’s most valuable assets are the Workers. For this reason, all staff members are involved in the development of service policies, as required, in order for them to have a better understanding of what is expected of them in practice.

Whatever choice of home care service is ideal for your care needs our care staff will be trained to carry out the following tasks:

  • Personal Care e.g bathing, dressing, toileting, skin care, feeding.
  • Facilitate involvement in activities like local clubs, groups, leisure, family activities.
  • Facilitate with keeping healthy, like going to the dentist, doctor, opticians.
  • Facilitate involvement in work where preferred.
  • Facilitate Going to places of worship and celebrate religious festivals.
  • Support to improve skills like travelling on public transport, doing things around the house such as cooking and cleaning.
